These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Creatricx website and the services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

About Creatricx

Creatricx is an independently operated digital services business providing IT outsourcing, managed services, SEO, digital marketing, and business support solutions.

Website Use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Attempt to damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems.
  • Use the website to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content.
  • Copy, reproduce, or commercially reuse website content without our written permission.

Services and Quotations

Information published on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not create a binding service agreement.

The specific scope, pricing, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms for each project will be confirmed in a separate written quotation, proposal, or service contract.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, complete, and timely information.
  • Supplying required access, credentials, and materials.
  • Ensuring they have the legal right to use any materials provided to us.
  • Responding to requests for feedback and approvals within agreed timeframes.

Delays resulting from late approvals, missing information, or restricted access may affect project timelines. Creatricx will not be held responsible for delays caused by the client.

Payments

Payment terms will be set out in the relevant proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Invoices are payable within the timeframe stated on the invoice.
  • Deposits paid and completed work may be non-refundable.
  • Late payment may result in suspension of services.

Intellectual Property

Each party retains ownership of materials, tools, and intellectual property owned before the project begins.

Ownership or licensing of completed project deliverables will be determined by the relevant proposal or service agreement. Creatricx retains ownership of reusable tools, templates, frameworks, methods, and underlying technology developed independently of the specific project.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during a project and to use it solely for the agreed purpose. This obligation continues after the project ends.

Third-Party Services

Some projects may involve third-party platforms, software, hosting providers, or APIs. Creatricx is not responsible for changes, outages, pricing changes, or decisions made by independent third-party providers.

Liability

Creatricx will deliver services with reasonable care and skill. However, we do not guarantee specific rankings, sales volumes, leads, profits, or uninterrupted results, as these depend on factors outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Creatricx will not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses.
  • Lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
  • Losses caused by third-party services, client actions, or events outside our reasonable control.

Termination

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the relevant proposal or service agreement. Upon termination, the client remains responsible for payment of all completed work and any outstanding invoices.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer law in your country requires otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
